I have worked as a project manager within Fujitsu’s delivery organisation. I have been a part of one of the customer accounts which supports a leading global retail company. When the customer has expanded their business in to new markets I have been the supplier project manager for delivery, implementation and support of the store hardware. I have been responsible for three country implementations into the existing customer contract. The projects have included implementation of a new service organisation, documentation of fiscal processes and implementation of already existing processes and getting all system up to date. Through these projects I’ve gathered good knowledge and understanding regarding fiscal processes and regulations in different countries. I have also been responsible for a POC project for a new in store solution according to a new customer contract. The project was responsible for the infrastructure solution in store, including rollout of the new solution. The project developed a new Linux platform and in cooperation with a supplier developed a new retail application. The rollout contained both new hardware and the new platform. I have managed hardware rollout projects where existing hardware has been changed in existing stores. The project included 20 countries. I have managed the implementation of a centralized invoicing process. Updating existing invoicing process to make it more efficient, with the goal of minimizing number of unpaid invoices.

Worked as a store seller at the clothing company Esprit. Service and customer satisfaction was agreat part of the work.

Worked as the responsible administrator for the travel expense system. Managed a process change to simplify the registration and created a user manual. I also worked with registration of travel expenses for one of Atlas Copcos sales companies.

Handling account receivable and managed monthly account statements for two of the Swedish Atlas Copco companies.
