As Intake Representative, I was responsible for entering medical claims, verifying all information, notifying the doctor's office making the claim, and passing the paper claim on to be scanned. I was also instrumental in helping set up how Physical Therapy claims were entered into the system, and helped train other Intake Representatives in how they were.

As Noticing Clerk, I was responsible for entering all the claims on new Bankruptcy cases and sending them out to the creditors to alert them of the Bankruptcy, as well as keeping all information on the debtor and creditors current, and creating the court calendar for the month.

As mailroom clerk, I was responsible for the pick up, opening and delivery of incoming mail, and the collection and posting of outgoing mail, as well as folding and stuffing documents to be sent out.As File Clerk, I was responsible for closed cases, prepping, scanning and indexing them for future retrieval.
