Living in the UK 🇬🇧, Grenada 🇬🇩, Canada 🇨🇦, Japan 🇯🇵and the UAE, 🇦🇪 has added so much value to my experiences which I can now leverage in working with organisations with diverse teams.I’m proud to have worked in the UK leading new perspectives within the D,E &I space for leaders within the Public Sector. It is a movement towards equipping people with the necessary skills to have courageous conversations which are uncomfortable for some, but necessary for all, as we move the dial towards Inclusion rather than polarisation. Now based in Abu Dhabi, one of the most multi-cultural cities I have lived, my focus is working with individuals and teams to perform and ‘gel’ more effectively. Cultural Intelligence, or CQ®️appeals to our human connection and takes off where EQ leaves off. I like to think of it as the identity of our EQ.Coaching is also at the core of my professional agenda. Following working in a long career on beauty and establishing 2 businesses on the countries I have moved to, connecting with people to become their thinking partner and explore options, opportunities and potential, is important to me. I work with people who are experiencing change. Change of career, change of relationship dynamics and change of professional roles and responsibilities. Marrying these 2 skills means that I am actively engaged in furthering work to make the Coaching industry more Inclusive. Slowly, coaching is becoming more accessible to more people, not only the people at the top of the tree. But coaches often need to grow the knowledge and strategy to effectively connect with clients that are different to them.
