Olen työskennellyt parketti, laminaatti ja vinyyli lattiapäällysteiden parissa yli 25 vuotta. Työnkuvaan on kuulunut toimiminen parkettitehtaalla operaattorina, työnjohtajana, tuotekehityksessä sekä teknisenä asiantuntijana lattioiden hoitoon, asennukseen sekä reklamaatioiden käsittelyyn liittyvissä tehtävissä. 👉 Työyhteisössä innostun ja innostan kun aiheena ovat työn osaamisen, laadun ja prosessin kehittäminen. 👉 Olen tottunut neuvottelemaan eri organisaatiossa toimivien vastuuhenkilöiden kanssa parhaan lopputuloksen saavuttamiseksi.👉 Monialaiset tehtävät ovat opettaneet minulle päätöksentekoa nopeasti muuttuvissa ja joskus haastavissakin tilanteissa, sekä toimimista erilaisten ihmisten parissa.👉 Kiitosta olen saanut erityisesti työtehtävien tunnollisesta hoitamisesta loppuun asti.I have worked with parquet, laminate and vinyl floor coverings for over 25 years. The job description has included working at a parquet factory as an operator, foreman and in product development. Most recently, I have been working as a technical expert in tasks related to floor care, installation and complaint handling for almost 11 years.👉 In the work community, I get excited and inspire when the topic is the development of work skills, quality and processes.👉 I'm used to negotiating with responsible people, which working in different organizations to get the best result.👉 Multidisciplinary tasks have taught me how to make decisions in rapidly changing and sometimes challenging situations, as well as how to work with different people.👉 I have received special thanks for conscientiously completing my work tasks until the end.
