Customer Experience ManagerMayu Water Aug 2020 - Dec 2021My role was to optimize the customer experience across all channels in order to increase Mayu's growth. Content design was a key component of that cross-platform mission, as well as deep user research, hands on with Customer Success department. --While joining the team and contributing to its mission, we faced some significant challenges. In a nutshell, we had to regain Mayu's audience's trust after a too long Kickstarter project. Here are some ways I addressed our challenges:CONTENT DESIGN On Mayu's site, and social media channels and every POC with our audience, I have sharpened the brand tone of voice, messaging and user journey, based on user personas research I've conducted, and more. AFFILIATES MARKETINGI created from scratch an affiliate channel with micro influencers and content creators related to Mayu's target market, for sales, but more importantly, for social proof - and growth. PODCASTS and creative collaborations. I created virtual (authentic and warm) relationships with people to have mutual interest in Mayu's (fascinating!) worlds of knowledge (water, sustainability, Bio-mimicry and other core values)I wrote a few comprehensive blog posts. On the one hand - to "suck" from the founder's in-depth knowledge of water. On the other hand - to identify and address users and potential users' concerns / conversion barriers. And to combine these 2 wings. EMAIL marketingCUSTOMERS SUCCES department. Rebuilt and reshaped it. The foundations were there, but far from good enough. That was an end to end project I led, including recruiting a Customer Success Manager from the states and onboarding him. -
