- Checking Email In Outlook, Doing Ticket CRM & Call Aert, Sending Doc CM& Attach, Reprint TS & Sending TS Annually-Send Documents to mailing (Mailing requisition Form) & Check Documents To the Mailing team if there a new Documents for the SRO Team- Checking the mailing room, and the results of the form will be give to each team based on their needs.- Sending a form by email that needed from SRO team

- Lead and supervise 35 team members, and ensure that all work orders received by each team member are completed without problems.- Prepare the required sales analysis data.- Monitor and report on team member performance.- Identify and develop distribution network to achieve daily targets.- Be a Problem Shooter for every problem that can not be handled by team member.
