I work at AWA as account manager and senior patent attorney with respect to Intellectual Property issues.As special competence I would like to highlight my experience in Oral Proceedings before the European Patent Office and the Swedish Patent Office when it comes to Oppositions and Appeals, i.e. so-called post grant proceedings. This part is not limited to Oral Proceedings but also involves the preparation and prosecution of oppositions and appeals.I have experience in the building of an IP portfolio for a number of multinational companies within different technical fields, such as metallurgy, packaging, food processing, building technology, medicine technology and image manipulation in mobile devices. The building of an IP portfolio relates on one hand to strategic counselling when it comes to making the technical aspects, the commercial aspects and the legal aspects play together as joint barrier against unwanted competition. Of course I also work with preparation and prosecution of patent and design applications..
