Hi! I'm a Solidity developer specializing in smart contract development on EVM networks. I have extensive experience working on a range of commercial projects, including ERC20, ERC721, ERC4626, DEXs, Lending protocols, and more.In addition to development, I excel at conducting gas optimization reviews, performing security audits, and writing technical documentation (including NatSpec). I have a strong understanding of how blockchain integrates with both the backend and frontend of applications, and I regularly participate in sync meetings to ensure smooth collaboration.With a B2 level of English, I can confidently communicate with international clients on both technical and business matters.In the crypto space, I've been active for several years, experimenting with various tools such as DeFi, SocialFi, NFTs, and even trading.I have a passion for finance and possess deep knowledge of financial institutions' architecture, as well as the legal frameworks that govern them.Currently, with my friends, I'm working on a startup called Mosaic Freelance, a freelance marketplace on the TON blockchain, built as a Telegram Mini App. The platform allows users to place and fulfill orders within Telegram, with cryptocurrency acting as the payment gateway, secured by smart contracts. In this project, I develop smart contracts using the Tact language, and from a non-technical standpoint, I've been involved in conducting customer development (CustDev), Jobs to be Done (JTBD) analysis, and Lean Canvas planning.I also have a rich background in public service and management. I led the academic division of the Student Council, overseeing a team of 22 members, including 4 interns. In our development department, we created a bot that enables students to file complaints about any issues they encounter during their studies. We also developed a Telegram Mini App that tokenizes student experiences, allowing them to redeem merchandise with earned tokens.Furthermore, I co-organized an online camp for children called Scholar Camp/STEAM. We collaborated with the "Teach for Belarus" organization, part of the global "Teach For All" program, to offer creative education in subjects like math, chemistry, physics, biology, marketing, and astronomy.
