About Mikael Olsson

I have worked more than 25 years with sales, marketing and leadership in an international context within global companies as well as running my own companies. My passion is people and business together. Developing relations and creating sales and new business on a long term basis. Getting people to commit to goals and drive/help them to reach them. At Nobel Biocare for example I succeeded to get people from different subsidiaries around the world to work together and accomplish projects and events even though I wasnt their direct manager. I like complex tasks and challenges, for example I started a franchise in retail business from scratch with a clear idea and from year one it was profitable and after 7 years I sold it to the mother company with good profit. I want to work at the HQ of a global company in a senior position within marketing/sales in a business area built on a new innovation/technique within the sectors of health, transport and communication. A flat organization structure with a lot of trust in the individual’s abilities and an agile project and management style where you work cross functional with very competent colleagues to reach goals at a very challenging level.
