I have been working in manufacturing industry basically throughout my entire working life, starting as an operator, via the laboratory with increased responsibility, to a managing position in a global environment.Today I´m managing our R&D Laboratory, providing rubber material development, investigation service and support to the entire Metso organization. I´m technically responsible for the rubber materials that we´re using within Metso globally. This includes our own manufacturing but also sub suppliers. Working in projects are a common and natural way to work. I have been project manager in a couple of projects and participated in many. The nature of the projects have been investments and different types of improvements such as quality, capacity, work safety and environment. More recently pure material development projects has been predominant. I have a long background working with HSEQ related things. I have been internal auditor, auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, for 7 years.
