As an educator with specialized experience in autism support and a strong foundation in the arts, I am passionate about fostering creativity and individual growth in students with diverse learning needs. With over seven years as a business owner as an artist and three years working in a moderate/severe autism classroom, I bring a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and structure to the classroom.I am currently seeking a teaching position as an art teacher or in the mild-moderate autism program, where I can apply my background in special education and the arts to support individualized learning and social-emotional growth. My experience coaching the cheer team at my school site further strengthens my ability to lead, encourage, and adapt to the needs of each student.
