Focusing on ad set-up, optimization and monthly reporting for the Meta platform.Involved in GTM-setup for an e-commerce client.Implemented Supermetrics and created templates and reports in Looker Studio for efficient and enhanced monthly and daily client reporting.

During this internship I performed a technical audit on current setup for Google analytics 4 for 6websites. This involved analyzing Google analytics- and tag manager set-up and making adjustments neeeded to enable correct and user-friendly analysis.

In my role as Team Leader I'm leading a team of Partner Managers and Coordinators. We  operate where technology, business and users meet. By combining knowledge of benefit tax regulations, tech solutions, data analysis, market needs and good partnerships we make sure we offer our clients and their employees the most attractive employee benefits within for example wellness, health care, employee gifts, computer glasses, public transport and home services. My role is to have an overview of all ongoing business activities to be able to prioritize, both on a long and short term level, for the team. Supporting the team members in their daily work, making sure we deliver efficient processes and improving our existing offers to reach our business goals.I led internal projects to improve and streamline internal processes and customer experience, such as enhanced receipt management for 1,500 clients. Technical, legal and customer experience aspects needed to be taken into consideration and close collaboration between stakeholders were therefore critical.

As a health strategist/partner manager I am responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with our strategic partners within wellness and health care, as well as developing our collaboration. Our mutual goal is to provide smooth digital handling of benefits to Benifys clients. In addition to this, as a team leader, my role is to prioritize and plan the group's work, as well as supporting the employee's personal development.

As a Running Services Manager I am the one responsible for the Running Lab, the Running Clinics and the Running Club in the ASICS Flagship Store in Stockholm. This involves both working with physical measurements for runners, leading and planning our running groups catering for all abilites as well as, together with my colleagues, arrange and participate in different events to develop and promote the store and the running services.

I started this running group and have been the headleader and the one responsible for the training from the start. When I decided to leave this position the group had grown to 80 adults, all on different levels and with different goals. Some are beginners and some do the 10 K's sub 40. I have found it extremely inspiring to see the progress that this group and the participants have made and continue to do!

In the project, Sport and Health Innovation Program, we supported young innovators and entrepreneurs to work with ideas connected to health and sport. This was in cooperation with GIH and financed by VINNOVA/Tillväxtverket. As a health specialist I worked with Lifestyle anayses; an objective analysis of stress, recovery and physical activity.
