- Contributing to the development of strategy and implementation plans including process management, research and analysis - Involved in the development of the Supply Chain business including transformation roadmaps, identifying strategic opportunities and issues, as well as managing and delivering strategic development projects and other initiatives - Extensive experience working with business leaders and specialists to ensure the involvement and commitment necessary to gain agreement to project findings and recommendations - Leading and contributing to change programs delivering worthwhile benefits to the Supply Chain business and its stakeholders - Project management such as defining project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed upon- Tracking progress against strategic objectives/goals, monitoring the performance of the initiatives and recommending appropriate action when necessary. Key achievements- Led various change projects that realized the goals, on behalf of the department, to develop a cost-monitoring tool (that enabled the department to make accurate cost analyzes, cost monitoring and reporting) and a contract database (for the Supply Chain and Legal departments)

- Sourcing (focus on minimizing costs, mitigating risk, optimizing processes and enhancing the quality of services delivered by the supplier)- Supplier Relationship Manager (Key responsibilities were to build/maintain strong relations with the supplier, follow up on KPIs, ensuring that the service being paid for was delivered and value was added in terms of revenue/benefit for the company and the supplier. Responsible for suppliers such as SEB, Visma, Multisoft Consulting)- Project Management- Research & Analysis- Super User (of the Nordic purchasing system and other systems)- Communication and education

- Analyze (Identify bottlenecks and cost-saving initiatives, analyze saving potentials/ease of implementation and prioritise which ones to execute on)- Plan/Coordinate/Follow-up (Implementation plans, internal/external resources, budget, etc.)- Reporting (Cost saving)- Communication/Education (Participate and contribute in seminaries providing Best practice-lectures)

- Analysis (analyse long term prognosis, evaluate and adjust into short term)- Logistics and distribution (order and distribute goods to Swedish terminals)- Cooperation and communication (a necessity to reach the goals of high product availability and low product waste)- Project management/participation (Launch of a new line of products in collaboration with a new Dutch dairy)- Main contact for an external cold storage in Gothenburg- Nordic/European experience (Mainly responsible for Danish dairies but also Dutch, Finish and Swedish)
