My studies concentrated on organizational development & strategic human capital, and I also conducted my Master´s Thesis on strategic employee experience design. I get the best feedback from coordinating big entities, and I am enthusiastic about leadership development and enabling meaningful employee experience to everyone.My biggest professinal mailstones have been launching the first B2B online platform in the mechanical engineering industry (Metsä Group), organizing and leading the virtual Summer trainee program called #SummerWithNeste for 350 summer trainees in Neste Oyj, participating in the big cultural transformation for Postal Services at Posti (Finland) and contributing to numerous HRD projects. I have experience on talent development program designing, leadership development, employee experience, well-being and engagement related tasks. I´m passionate about coaching leadership, meaningful moments and CX&EX. Starting from 2023, I'm concentrating on developing art supply business in Tempera, which is a leading art supply distribution company in Finland. In my role, I oversee sales, HR, training coordination and development project management.I always want to challenge my thinking and see how can we bring the most out of a situation by developing it together.
