Development and implementation of the social media strategy including creating, curating, and managing all published content for assigned accounts.Community Management + Engagement. Responsible for interacting with fans on posts and pro-actively engaging with fans and potential new fans leading to increase in audience and profile visits.Developing the strategy for influencer campaigns and oversee implementation.Manage influencers, including contract negotiation and management.Proactively develop relevant content topics and best practices to reach client’s target demo.Suggest creative ways to attract prospective fans / customers, ie promotions, giveaways, etc.Research audience preferences, hashtags, and trends.Report on online reviews.Develop & manage social media ad campaigns.Establish and grow a target audience on select social channels for clients.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work closely with the client marketing team to ensure objectives and goals are being met.Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies.Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment, consumer trends, and industry trends.Coordinate and lead client meetings as needed.Support relationship development with client.Stay up to date on latest digital technologies and keep team up to date.
