I am a freshman at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, on track to dual-degree in Economics (BA) and Voice Performance (BM). I am passionate about subjects such as Musical Performance, Economics, Business, and English, and seek to break into related industries. I have a background in retail as an associate at B Street Books in San Mateo, CA, where I cultivated my love for literature and expanded upon my knowledge of the inner workings of businesses. In addition, I am an internationally-awarded soprano, currently holding titles of first place in the Pacific Musical Society & Foundation Competition (2024) and the Charleston International Baroque Competition (2023). In 2023, I was nominated to and served in the first inaugural cohort of San Mateo County Youth Cultural Ambassadors, for which I organized Youth In Harmony: A Mental Health Concert, to advocate for post-pandemic youth mental health awareness. I am an alum of the Interlochen Center for the Arts' Voice and Opera Summer Program and the California State Summer School for the Arts Theater Program, and have both organized and performed in solo concerts at locations such as the Filoli Historic House and Gardens. Musical performance has long been a passion of mine, one of which I will continue to explore as a Voice Performance major at NU.
