My professional drive is about working with firms willing to reposition themselves and reach higher performance levels. No matter the size or the industry, I am simply passionate about strategy design and its operationalization it in a pragmatic, results-oriented way. I started it as a turnaround consultant (mostly for b-to-c industries) followed by a move to join a 6bn+ industrial group undergoing a deep restructuring exercise. Then recruited by the Post merger team of a Big Four before joining the innovation band wagon and now Gilson, a strong partner and trend setter to scientific based research and production.
