I aided in the operation of a highly successful day spa by maintaining connections with our cliental, product managers, and suppliers. I started as a Receptionist and was quickly promoted to Head Receptionist and then Manager. As such, I was responsible for conducting interviews, hiring, training new employees, and creating the employee monthly schedules.

I attended extensive training in order to sit on a panel for minor felony charge cases. The Neighborhood Court is a restorative justice program aimed at minimizing punitive punishments. My role as a panelist is sitting in on hearings and coming up with a program that will help the perpetrator reassimilate into every day life with the correct steps to help them get back on the right track. I avidly practice skills of a nonjudgmental mindset and aiding in people realizing and coming to terms of needing help.

While serving in this position, I was responsible for directing a program that affected the growth and health of my chapter and the personal development of the members. I oversaw and trained 150 of my chapters members in how to recruit, while also facilitating over 700 potential members and positively marketing my chapter in person and through several social media platforms. I also oversee the Director of Recruitment and Director of Recruitment Records.

Presiding officer over all matters new member as well as monitoring new member behavior and activities to ensure that they align with Fraternity values and goals. Event coordinator as well as oversees Director of Scholarship, Director of New Member, and Director of Rituals.

Worked closely with photographers at a multitude of events ranging from birthday parties to weddings and would manage a photo booth that was brought to the events. In working with a ride range of cliental, I was able to establish and craft versatile communication skills.
