I build web pages for the Mesa College website. I work with XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and its many frameworks inside a content management system.Integral to the modernization re-design of the About section of the Mesa College websiteRe-structured pages, re-formatting content to be more succinct and semantic; and aligning it with our new XML/XSL template in the CMS. Utilized longer pages with linkable sections. Templates include a dynamic, secondary, page-level navigation that sticks with the user on the page, offering improved user experience. Significant reduction in the overall number of pages, removing anything redundant, more purposeful content organization. Re-designed content and produced 12 section pages and 12 sub-pages.

I design and develop technological support resources in a variety of formats. I create interactive user guides, videos and interactive platform walk-thrus with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, Snagit & Walkme/Teachme.

I worked on a project for the California Department of Conservation to build a custom IT system that facilitates the regulation of oil and gas well drilling in the state. I engaged with the client to define appropriate business processes and create software design. I also performed quality assurance tests to ensure that delivered functionality matched approved design. I coordinated with Project Management and development frequently for feedback to meet deadlines in a fast paced development cycle.

Created a variety of eLearning content to improve quality of client experience with wealth management system. Performed quality assurance testing of content created by other team members.

Organized and led trainings in live and virtual settings. Personalized content to highlight different features for diverse business needs. I helped advisors learn to use the software in a way that best fits their needs.

Offered a complimentary weekly training phone call program. I initiated all communication and scheduling of sessions for up to 60 advisors at a time in addition to conducting the training calls.

Resolved a variety of technical and functional issues for clients who subscribe to complex wealth management software. Assisted with a wide range of topics including: account connections, system integrations, and modeling complex financial plans.

-Lead a team of 5-10 employees at the University Towers Kitchen at SDSU; a combined restaurant and market. -Delegated tasks to ensure that everything got done in an organized, timely manner. -Counted and stored up to $800 in the safe and registers. -Helped conduct both a weekly and larger monthly inventory audit. -Provided additional customer service.-Tracked inventory orders that came in daily from different vendors.

-Contacted local businesses in the San Diego area by phone and at times in person about marketing opportunities and promoting their business through advertising in our paper or on our website. -Once a business signed a contract I acted as a liaison and point of contact between the business owner and the newspaper.
