𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗗𝗼:I work as a Medical Scribe in the North Memorial Robbinsdale and Maple Grove Emergency Departments. These hospitals are level I and level IV trauma centers respectively. I strive to develop better healthcare by collaborating with medical professionals, efficiently documenting patient visits, and improve workflow. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱:While working as a medical scribe I established several goals. My primary goal during my experience was to increase the number of procedures I observed. Doing so enhanced the dynamic environment as a Medical Scribe, giving me more opportunities to learn. For example, by simply asking to observe a bedside lung ultrasound, I received a step by step explanation of the procedure. I was able to visualize vertical B-lines, and learn that they indicate subpleural interstitial fluid; Compared to horizontal A lines, which indicate a normal aerated lung. Increasing my medical knowledge and experience in this way helped me accurately document critical events and strengthen medical records.𝗠𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀:I am adept at dealing with problems and figuring out great ways to resolve them. I work very hard and take great satisfaction in being productive. I always have a desire to learn and continuously improve. I enjoy developing connections with others and working together to achieve a bigger goal.
