This makes a good combination for both theoretical and practical understanding of the challanges and needs for the technical design, organization and the members of the team.As a team-leader, I value the dynamics of the team, listen without prestige and see the value of different personalities seeing situations from different perspectives, while still being focused on the teams goals and visions and expressing them clearly.I am analytic and structured and have a passionate curiosity that makes me always want to develop and improve the knowledge, skill and methods for both myself and my teammates.I enjoy being challanged and I enjoy being in the center of the activities and coordinate, support and maximize the resources available to the project to acheive the set goals.
