I'm Mikaël BOCKSTAL, married with two children. I'm 40 years old.I'm a general engineer with a major in mechanical engineering, with 18 years' professional experience in industry, including 10 years in large groups, followed by 8 years in small and medium-sized businesses. My career path has enabled me to work in various sectors such as metallurgy, food processing, process industry and as an industrial equipment supplier. I've mainly held positions in project management and industrial business management, with two one-year experiences as technical department manager and maintenance manager.My passion for technology, operations management, project management and human interaction has been the common thread running through my career.For a year now, I've been maturing a professional project to take over a company, and I've decided to take the opportunity to devote 110% of my time to this project from last July.My objective is to take over a company within 45 minutes of Compiègne (Oise in France), with a specific product or know-how, addressing a niche market, with a culture of innovation or a capacity to innovate. I am open to standard transfer projects, as well as projects involving a longer transfer involving a joint development phase of the business over the transition period.
