I want to change the way we work, so that organizations, teams and leaders become more awesome.I have been part of and lead the building of numerous products during my 30 years in the business. And I’ve done that in companies ranging from the small start-up to the big ones, using different ways of working, from waterfall to Agile. I have seen up’s and down’s, things that work and things that doesn’t.So I use these experiences to spread good ways of creating great products.My passion is to help create an organization that can be successful at the same time as people working there feel engaged. To handle the challenges an organization faces today, with both threats and opportunities, requires an organization that can change focus rapidly to what currently matters most. I have helped a number of companies and organizations over the years with that, by introducing more empowered product teams, closing the gap between the company vision and the team’s backlogs and ultimately how you lead in such an organization. I am currently involved with two different scale-ups, helping leadership and teams in their transformation to a product operating model, empowering teams to deliver, innovate and improve.
