Worked as Process Engineer responsible for continuously driving and coordinating the improvement of SW development process in iterative IT-projects, including a global SW project with 150 team members.Worked also as team leader for cross-functional SW-development teams with a size of 10 members.In addition, I worked during one year as SW tester in parallell with Process engineer tasks.

Supported IT-development projects mainly in telecommunications and automotive area with improving their way of working. These improvement initiatives were primarily based on the CMM framework. Started in Lund, Sweden and moved to the office in Kaiserslautern, Germany in January 2000.
