Forge995 is branding and web design studio. We build modern, professional, engaging, and intentional websites and branding for businesses who understand the value of good design. Our clients range from senior care to home renovation, and from non-profits to startup agencies.My role at Forge995 includes outreach, account management, business development, and creative direction.

-Prepared annual budgets and monthly financial statements. -Tracked expenses and reimbursements.-Worked with website volunteers to update the website as needed and maintained a social media presence.-Served as liaison to the national organization and became familiar with their systems, including Blue Sombrero.-Served as contact for photographer, trophy supplier, uniform vendors, coach support organization, TeamSnap.-Responded to email inquiries from parents/volunteers and board members. -Helped plan and implement annual registration of players and volunteers.-Participated in monthly board meetings.-Created tutorial videos demonstrating accounting processes

Designed and built websites for startup companies and small businesses

-Provided class support and supervision for Kindergarten and 5th grade students.-Led class activities and supported lead teachers during lessons.

-Offered a summer program for students to develop their skills and interests beyond the classroom while generating an additional source of revenue for the school.-Recognized an opportunity to launch a summer program based on parent & community need and developed a business plan and budget, carefully decided course offerings, hired instructors and staff, coordinated facility usage, and marketed the program via email and ad campaigns.-Launched a profitable summer program for elementary students with over 80% enrollment, which became a significant revenue source for the school.-In the following year, I continued to increase enrichment program and summer program participation, revenue, and profit. It was the highest revenue-generating year for both the after school enrichment program and summer program.-Grew the school's social media presence and user engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter by scheduling daily picture, video, and textual content posts. -Created promotional videos by filming, editing, and publishing using Adobe Creative Suite & DaVinci Resolve.

-Expanded the after school enrichment program by researching and publicizing new opportunities, evaluating vendors, scheduling necessary facilities, managing enrollment, and communicating with vendors and families.-Generated, edited, and published content for school’s Facebook and Instagram pages. -Used Facebook Analytics & data to improve user engagement.-Oversaw the Extended Day Program by designing curriculum, structuring and supervising indoor and outdoor opportunities for games and exploration, managing enrollment and communicating with families.

-Started Amazon FBA business from the ground up with a single product. -Increased sales by creating Aural Life website to meet international customer demand.-Added additional revenue stream by offering product with customers' branding.-Set up and tracked Sponsored Ad (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research and listing optimization to maximize efforts.-Sold business in 2019.

-Built and the company website and continually posted content for the blog, newsletter, and social media accounts.-Marketed and encouraged service adoption to potential clients through paid social media ads and email campaigns.-Monitored, analyzed, and reviewed campaign analytics in an effort to improve engagementCreated reports and entered data through Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel. -Designed and delivered promotional materials (flyers, pamphlets, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite.

-Managed and supervised Wellness Center employees and participants. -Ensured participants upheld gym policies and regulations. -Received incoming phone inquiries.

-Updated and maintained the program’s website (http://cleanwater.ucsc.edu/).-Developed informational brochures to promote awareness about the program and water conservation methods.-Implemented various Best Management Programs (BMPs) on campus. -Educated the public about water conservation and pollution issues. -Conducted research about the cost-effectiveness efficiency of replacement storm drain markers on campus. Data from this research was implemented in purchasing decision of markers.
