After resigning my position at KIWI Danmark A/S, I spend 2012 on different projects. I crossed the Pacific Ocean from Panama to Tahiti on a danish scooner from 1875. Futhermore I spend the rest of the year restoring our family beach house and travelling in Italy and the former Yugoslavia

KIWI Danmark A/S was a danish retail company with several KIWI minipris stores in Denmark, based on the KIWI minipris concept from Norway. KIWI Danmark A/S was formerly known as ALTA Discount A/S. ALTA Discount A/S was acquired by Dagrofa in 2008 and later that year the former ALTA Discount stores was converted into KIWI minipris.The role as HR manager involved:- Being a part of the management team in the company- Taking charge of all HR in the company- Ensuring all HR processes in the company- Being heavily involved in the management of the KIWI stores- Having full responsibility of recruiting, developing and maintaining the right people in the organization
