- House manager of a uniquely independent co-operative residence of 35 students - Oversaw all general day-to-day operations such as cook and clean shifts, maintenance of the physical space, and resident concerns - Restructured staff roles and responsibilities to ensure equitable division of labor amongst 6 staff members- Planned and facilitated weekly staff meetings with the goal of maintaining an anti-racist living environment that celebrates and centers the needs, experiences, and interests of 35 LGBTQ+ and low-income students of color- Primary point of contact for all things regarding resident house jobs & responsibilities, scheduling, and house history/culture

- Developed structure and role of FGSS Program Representatives after an extended period of inactivity for the position- Instituted annual “FGSS Artist Open-Call” in 2020 that commissions students to create portraits of respected feminist thinkers and activists. Portraits are showcased across social media platforms, quarterly newsletters, and program website- Presented on current FGSS research, courses, and opportunities to classes from a variety of fields as part of our outreach program- Generated content and design for quarterly academic newsletters and social media accounts- Welcomed new majors and minors to the program, in addition to advising prospective and current program majors/minors on academic and professional goals

- Served as a Feminist Narratives Program freshman intern where I edited, published, and marketed episodes of the “Feminist Voices” podcast. Transitioned after one year to Program Coordinator and producer of "Feminist Voices"- Organized and facilitate three events per quarter for anywhere between 20-70 attendees, highlighting diverse narratives - Successfully transitioned programming to virtual platforms during COVID-19 pandemic- Created new podcast “Imagine With Us”-- a project that ventures into the imaginations of thinkers from diverse fields, backgrounds, and identities in order to explore and invent new pathways toward liberation- Curated yearly arts and culture community zine "Ambrosia" which showcases the work of both visual artists and writers at Stanford- Mentored undergraduate Feminist Narrative interns on individual and collaborative projects- Oversaw and managed yearly budget- Documented project processes for future Feminist Narrative coordinators and staff

- Collaborated on a team of three to facilitate weekly community conversations between 20-30 Two-Spirit, transgender*, and gender-questioning community members- Conducted audits on lecture materials, Title IX student trainings, and DEI faculty/staff trainings in order to make recommendations to improve discussions and representations of gender, sexuality, race, and identity- Generated accessible advertisements (flyers, emails, and social media posts) and communications for programming and events- Planned and managed annual budget

- Research assistant on collaborative project with Black Entertainment Television and ViacomCBS to assess the state of current and past television content as it relates to race and racism in order to make recommendations for future content that combats racial bias and promotes positive racial attitudes- Compiled data on most popular television shows since 2010 and selected television shows that adhered to project criteria- Used qualitative coding methods to document the perceived racial and gender identities of >2,000 actors in the highest rated television dramas since 2010- Compiled a digital library of scenes from television shows to be used in experiments that examine audiences’ attitudes towards race and racism- Future phases include using Natural Language Processing to methods to measure the presence, positionality, and positivity of Black and White characters, as well as using novel state-of-the-art methods to assess viewers' perceptions of content to predict changes in viewer attitudes

- Supported 10 production executives by recording meeting notes, distributing filming schedules across WBD departments and affiliates, and accelerating project timelines in an office setting and on production sets - Served as a DEI consultant by generating written feedback that proposed improvement for socially conscious content for 3-5 non-scripted television series each week

- Provided 1:1 support for undergraduate students who identify as neurodiverse/neurodivergent using strengths-based strategies in the areas of activities of daily living (ADLs), social communication strategies, navigating social relationships, self-regulation, support in accommodations, and support in career development- Connected neurodiverse students with the appropriate resources for academic, social, and personal needs- Collaborated with peer mentors to develop creative strategies for students to achieve individual definitions of success- Completed a year long course which provides students with the foundation, knowledge, and essential skills for understanding, engaging with, and advocating for the neurodiverse population

- Pursued independent research studying the ways in which gender is coded in young children’s television. Research focused on the design and personal characterization of non-human characters- Developed qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the visual design and personal characterization of gender in >100 non-human characters in 27 television shows- Completed 40 hours of work per week for 10 weeks, under the mentorship of Alison Crossley and other Clayman Institute faculty- Attended weekly cohort meetings to present project progress, discuss research challenges, and troubleshoot solutions- Presented final paper “Children’s Media as Tools for Liberation: How Gender is Visually Coded in Young Children’s Television” to Clayman Institute staff, interns, and donors
