Scope: - Responsibility in Sales including: Sales strategy and execution in Europe. Leading and developing sales team, developing sales processes and CRM, sales growth, budged, numbers and reporting to company CEO. - Responsibility in business development including: Negotiated and acquired new distribution partner for Scandinavia, acquired new reseller chains, developed current resellers, negotiated reseller contracts, making sure that resellers start to sell. - Responsibility as Head of Sales including: Making sure that sales team is in close co-operation with marketing and R&D, developing collaboration and communication between different functions within the company, ensuring each sales team member´s personal development and wellbeing.- Responsibility in customer success: Activity strategy, ensuring resellers have knowledge and knowhow how to sell Yetitablet´s, kept and developed product training presentations, build close relationships with resellers.Key Achievements: - We tripled company´s turnover only in eight months. - Negotiated new distribution partner for Scandinavia.- Acquired new reseller chain Atea and developed business with resellerchains like Gigantti. - Modernization of sales team working methods and development of structures.
