I'm a strong professional in managing people, projects and processes in ICT field. However, my skills can be used in any field of business. I have a technical background with plenty of experience of business manners. Working with very demanding customers and being a demanding customer towards vendors has been my daily life for years. Leading people feels really natural to me. I always keep my people close to me and give support and clear guidelines.I've been told many times that it's very easy to work with, to approach me and communicate with me. The strong international professional background is truly an advantage when dealing with people who don't live in your neighborhood.I've been working in both development and maintenance organizations. Once seen the both sides it's easier the set reachable targets. But as said, business side is also close to my professional position. And I'm also getting more and more interested in pure business related jobs.
