I am the Chief of the Game (AI) at StratXcel.tech, a company that builds predictive ML/AI models for complex financial and legal systems. I work with AI engineering and algorithmic game theory. With over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford, I have a unique combination of skills and knowledge in law, finance, and AI.My current role involves developing models that combine legal analysis, game-theoretical decision-making, and self-learning algorithms. Our systems provide insights and solutions for corporate finance and distress investing challenges, such as restructuring, valuation, and negotiation.
