Responsible for Lindorff’s Help desk and ERP applications operations and maintenance as part of the Lindorff IT Applications operations team. - Leader for manufacturing systems platform and integration team. 10 persons team develops, maintains and supports factory shop floor controlling system and its integrations to other systems like PDMS and SAP. We are working according agile SW development model and ITIL.- Product owner defining manufacturing systems platform and integration requirements.

- Manufacturing IT representative in Microsoft and Nokia integration project making current state analysis and SWOT analysis for Nokia and Microsoft manufacturing process and system architecture. - Participated to lean shipping project which implemented lean methods to Nokia factories outbound logistics in China and Vietnam.- Training manufacturing IT teams for lean manufacturing principles.- Defining solution for factories serial number management.

- Responsible for Care IT systems readiness for new product introduction and product quality tools. I was a link between care business organization, IT system development and R&D product functions. I defined new requirements coming from product programs and business operations to IT system development teams and vendors. - Leader for team of 14 persons + 10.
