- Drive/Facilitate strategy, focused on the execution of organizational goals, and achieving business priorities. - Facilitate effective and efficient decision making by counseling leaders on organizational matters. - Influence cross functional teams to execute against strategic objectives. - Analyze strategic objectives, and actions taken at all levels; ensure internal connectivity and/or action-oriented alignment. - Lead/Influence special projects/programs that translate strategic objectives into achievable deliverables with outcome-oriented results. - Work as a trusted advisor to all people managers and leaders to provide clear calls to action, support, and resources to execute on our strategy. - Define and maintain the cadence of business for the organization, ensuring continuity of effort throughout our business practices. - Research, review, and analyze trends at all levels (market, industry, company, organization, etc.) and apply that information when developing strategies and making recommendations. - Design, create and collaborate on the development of long-range people strategies including workforce planning, training, talent programs, and employee engagement in support of strategic business objectives.

- Analyze PMO structure and delivery requirements and develop objective recommendations for a new operations model to govern PMO business. - Partner with stakeholders (profit centers, cost centers, sales, business operations, finance) to develop actionable strategies that evolve the way we do business. - Standardize the delivery of the core elements of the PMO delivery portfolio, identify capability and capacity gaps. - Establish a development program that connects resource readiness to delivery pipeline support, and industry recognized credentials.- Influence tools teams and delivery resources to automate delivery processes and/or transition process into established delivery tools. - Ensure effective delivery support operations, specifically vendor management, organizational communications, and cadence of business activities.

- Manage individual contributor development plans (Project/Program Manager, Consulting Engineers, Architects, and Technical Leaders) ensuring they map to business priorities and individual goals. - Engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure readiness in both capability and capacity to support future service delivery requirements. - Ensure understanding of and adherence to (ISO) International Organization for Standardization certification standards. - Consistently and objectively manage the core HR functions of the team (Performance, Development, Compensation, Recruitment, and Succession Planning).
