As a Territory Sales Manager, my role is to expand all Commercial Roofing Business in Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Western Canada. Our 2018 and 2019 focus is in our line of Edge Metal Products, Adhesives, Rhinobond Systems and our Olyflow drain line. Our growth in this market is directed towards a mixture of our Private Label Partners, Distribution, Architects/Specifiers, Consultants and most important, our Roofing Contractors. In 2018 I was able to grow our Edge line higher than any market in the country at over 60% as well as having the 3rd largest growth market for RhinoBond Systems. I believe in doing what works first but also thinking outside of the box as we were able to get our adhesive into multiple new markets that we were not in before. As a Territory Manager I oversee all operations in my respective territory, train and develope Field Sales Representatives, responsible for expanding all territories major clients, manage job startups dealing with our product lines, do onsite trainings, in house trainings, facilitate/attend trade shows and support our market. OMG has made a change where all technical services, manage tool repairs and explore new training opertunities. In this regard we are able to cover both service and a sales aspect in our market broadening our relationships. In this role I have furthered my organizational and management abilities, including my CRM expertise in salesforce. I have developed many good relationships within the industry, including roofing companies/distribution/private label. I have identified potential market growth opportunities, measured where I am most efficient and have executed/accomplished my goals which has resulted in over 130% growth in 2018. Saying all of this, it was a team win, it requires many hands and involvement to accomplish. I have to give a big thank you to the team that stood being this work as they are owed this accomplishment as well.
