Mikal Morton, a Junior at Fairfield University with a triple major in Finance, Accounting, and Business Analytics. Mikal’s internship at iRobot has provided him with meaningful business experience, specifically working within the Global Supply Chain Organization supporting a Senior Manager within the Procurement Department. In addition, he has gained a myriad of skills during his employment over the past several years such as his ability to collaborate and be a team player. Further, Mikal brings a record of dedication and service to his community with his 3 year co-leadership of a 17 member Neighborhood Outreach Program. In 2022, he received the United States Lifetime Presidential Service Award in recognition for his 4,000+ hours of work within this program. Additionally, in 2021, as a high school senior, Mikal co-created a mock non-profit organization. He personally focused on market research using interviews and site investigations. This project included a mission statement, product line, accounting structure and documentation along with sales projections. Mikal is a well-rounded individual who displays commitment and dedication to any opportunity afforded to him.
