We partner with other non-profits in coordinating an Inheritance Ball for orphans to feel loved, adopted, valued, and accepted. Aside from the formal ceremonies, we pursue our vision through mission trips in the US and overseas, fundraising for children in need, donating clothes, and providing food, support, counselors, and more. In September 2019, my team and I worked closely with Cure Foundation to visit Cebu, City's in educating, healing, and took part in the kid's road to recovery from sex trafficking. We reached over three orphanages on this Philippines Mission trip! On October 3rd, 2021 we held our first foster care event touching over 40 families. Praying over the children, parents, and parents in the process of fostering. We gifted our book, written by our founder who reveals her story of redemption to help lead others to self-love and acceptance after being abandoned.

Kennewick, Washington, United States

San Diego State University

Coordinating with San Diego Youth Services in supporting, fundraising, and planning events for Greek Life to honor our chosen local beneficiary. I have the opportunity to work with fourteen other board members to unify leaders on the SDSU campus to come together and fight for children who are in need. Promoting the awareness of homelessness, foster care, sex trafficking, mental health, teen pregnancy prevention, adoption support, and various intervention services. I raised over $600, and in total, we raised $7,500.

San Diego

I had the opportunity to work with nine other council members and multiple advisors to lead and inspire over two hundred women affiliated in Beta Rho chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority at San Diego State University. Under my committee, I was able to coordinate plans and administered vital task to increase our overall mission in philanthropic impact. We fundraised over $22,000 for Olive Crest and Prevent Child Abuse America through a 5k event where I recruited sponsors, collaborated with vendors, managed an event planning budget, and outreached for auction prizes. I planned educational workshops, tours, and events for Girl Scouts and their parents in the Local San Diego area. Seperating the ages, we invited daisy's for a halloween Dia De Los Muertos event, Girl Scout Brownies to help sell cookies with, combined Junior and cadets to attend our carnival, and gave Senior's and Ambassadors a tour of the University. Additionally, I executed an event calender for members to attend outside community service in the local San Diego area and was the motivator in making a change around our campus and community.

Yakima, Washington

I adapted to multiple cultures in seven different departments in and out of the warehouse packing facility while obtaining the language of the agricultural industry. I had the opportunity to work with various types of personalities and understand the importance of creating a positive environment for all employees. The company had one of the most updated apple line productions in Washington State where I operated the sorting machine (Greefa Sizer) to control the size and defects of the apples. I managed the PLU sticker equipment, ran the bagging machines, and supervised quality control. I had the ability to shadow two Production Managers, Supervisors, and Human Resource Manager. I learned their computer system quickly to benefit their payroll through speed. In the orchards, I helped control pests, learned growing techniques, and analyzed the grower's pack-outs. I was coachable and flexible in moving from shipping and receiving, front office, production-line, and being under orchardist.

Richland/Kennewick/Pasco, Washington Area

Summers: Analyzed Bilingual interviews with Human Resource Specialist and created faster access to files for the generalist. I greeted or answered calls at the front desk; happily directed employees/visitors as needed to enhance the moral in the office. I had the opportunity to report to the Co-President andcollaborated with the Sales/Marketing Company of Stemilt Growers. Shadowing Stemilt's Monday report management meetings, allowed me to learn the terminology of the warehouse machinery, business administration, and chemicals used in the fields and cold rooms for stone fruit.

Richland/Kennewick/Pasco, Washington Area

Running the boutique independently, I had the privilege of dealing with various age groups in customer service. From helping teens and mothers agree on prom dresses, to negotiating with bridesmaids' needs, to one-on-one customer demands, I bettered my interpersonal and time management skills.
