Business development, enabling profitable growth and operations is the base of my thinking and actions. I have worked in various consulting, analysis, planning, engineering, execution, leadership and management positions in international organizations and projects. I have competence and insight in project management, product management, solution management, application release management, user interface & experience, service management, outsourcing and vendor management. Most of my business experience is in telecommunication, insurance, banking, pension, building, industrial maintenance, aviation and energy sectors. That's my experience so far, but based on my education I wouldn't mind deepening my knowledge for example in finance, logistics or manufacturing.I like to share my knowledge and ideas with internal and external stakeholders via discussions, trainings, tutoring, effective meetings and other suitable communication channels. I have supportive, friendly and customer driven working and consulting attitude without forgetting business facts, results and high quality. I have enjoyed working in customer interface during my whole career. In addition to managerial work I also enjoy execution and engineering work to keep my technical skills up-to-date.My passion is to continuously learn new technologies, applications, (applied) methods and best practices in different business areas. I proudly deliver high quality development, implementation, enhancement and servide projects in time and take good care of customers also after project deliveries.My main areas of interest are project management and execution, quality management, service management and consulting related to PPM, ERP, CRM, BI and energy management information systems which utilize big data, analytics and IoT.I am currently looking for new challenges and opportunities related to my areas of interest.
