By fostering a collaborative and creative environment, we've been able to consistently deliver high-quality mobile gaming experiences.Financial Stewardship: I've taken charge of the studio's financial performance, overseeing profit and loss (P/L) statements, financial reports, revenue, and expenses. Through careful financial analysis and strategic decision-making, I've worked to increase profits and optimize our cost structure.Growth Marketing: Heading our company's growth marketing activities. This role has involved the execution of user acquisition (UA) campaigns, in-depth analysis of campaign results, creative performance and data-driven campaign optimization. By leveraging data insights, we've achieved efficient and effective user growth strategies.Live Operations Strategy: I've played a key role in building and executing the game live operations strategy and tactics within our game publishing team. This work involves close collaboration with the creative team, product support, community management, esports team and product marketing to ensure the game's scalability through data analytics and campaign tactics.
