Officialize was a digital services and media publishing company for sports figures to influence how their brands and stories are told. As the official media partner for over 80 professional athletes, we created and managed Athletes' digital platforms and footprint, social media, e-commerce and produced exclusive content told through their voices and perspectives.As the Senior Director of Partnerships, I lead and managed the Partnerships team, including: - Establishing the Partnerships (Athlete Relations) department strategy and planning to Company Forecast & Goals - Establishing OKRs for the Partnerships Team, and assisting team members with individual OKRs and goal setting in accordance with overall company strategy - Leading and Day-to-Day Management of the Partnerships team, holding them accountable to Company Strategy & Goals - Managing Partnerships Pipelines (via Hubspot CRM) - Managing the Internal Review Process for prospective athlete clients and partners, involving 10 interdepartmental participants and analysis of over 20 data points - Represented the Partnerships Team on Weekly All Hands Calls, Management Calls and at Quarterly Company Meetings - Weekly Management Reporting, including updates on WoW progress of pipeline to OKRs - Helping to identify and evaluate Strategic Partners (outside of Athletes) for opportunities both within and outside the scope of our immediate offerings to drive revenue for the Company and our ClientsAdditionally, I managed client-centric business affairs on behalf of Officialize, including the drafting, negotiation and administration of all legal agreements, discussions and issues relating to our clients.

An arm of Sqor Sports, Sqor Studios was an in-house content programming and production operation, working with Sqor's robust roster of athletes and teams to create original branded content.Working in tandem with creatives, production teams and brand teams, I managed strategic selection and procurement of athletes and talent for Sqor Studios' programming slate. From start to finish, I played a key role in ideation around the talent, negotiation, management, and brand strategy & partnership for each unique program.

Sqor Sports was a social publishing and digital partnership platform for sports, which delivered unique content from elite athletes and created engagable moments and monetizable partnerships between them, their fans and brands. As head of the athlete department, I managed relationships with hundreds of athletes, agents and strategists, including selling them into the platform, training and guiding their use and content creation, and managing marketing and monetization opportunities. Additionally, I assisted with developing and executing on Sqor Sports’ internal PR, marketing and user acquisition strategies, including in-house digital campaigns and programs, media buying, social media campaigns, and event execution. Finally, I managed a team of three Athlete Relations Managers, from day-to-day to guiding their long-term achievements and goals, in conformity and support of company KPIs.

I lead the Sports Marketing & Events Department of one of the premier sports agencies in Major League Baseball. Responsible for the marketing efforts of over 150 major and minor league clients, including seeking out, attaining, negotiating and contracting endorsement deals, personal appearances and speaking engagements for players. Managed both the creative and logistical sides of marketing, with a role in every aspect of the process, from creating pitch proposals to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. Directed and managed charity efforts of players, including planning, executing and fundraising for major charity benefits held in various locations across the country, with up to six-figure budgets and up to 1,000 guests. Served as on-site Event Director for all events.Managed team of assistant marketing personnel and day-to-day operations of the department.
