My duty as a senior legal counsel is to provide high class legal support for the Center's Centralized Environment Services unit in nationwide matters. Legal environmental issues concerning waste and polluted areas, state aid related issues as well as producer responsibility in EU and domestic contexts are my primary field of knowledge and services. I make sure the procurement related processes, contract management and risk assessments are in accordance with the Centre's policies. I regulary advice on complex legal issues concerning procurement, contract and insolvency law related matters in natiowide context both in-house and sister-Centers as well as goverment level.I provide legal expertice in the field of liability concerning restoration and costs of brownfields and polluted areas including soil and land, groundwater and closed/abandoned waste facilities particullary in the extractive industry.
