My main job was customer acquisition (B2B). My task was to find and provide digital marketing solutions to clients. The purpose was to develop and multiply client companies demand. Goal was to build long-term and successful customers relations.In this role I operated as a liaison between client companies and production experts. Success this job requires a sufficient understanding of tools and processes in digital marketing and abilities to understand complex and versatile business models and marketing challenges.

The goal of the project was to conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's ability to utilize inbound and content marketing, and to produce a recommendation for operational procedure based on these results. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to form the analysis.An understanding of current and target state was collected from key executives and customers. The experience needed to change the operating procedure was collected from selected professionals from the peer group. The theory was based on the latest literature in the field.The project produced an in-depth analysis of 67 pages and two operating procedure recommendations for the (Client) Suomen Brodeeraus oy. The client was very pleased with the results. I worked in development department and my task was to lead or take part as a project coordinator or –manager in various projects, such as product data enrichment for e-commerce, consumer goods order-delivery process development and designing of new portal and launch. My responsibilities were to develop, implement and create better procedure and methods for the company and its processes.

My responsibilities were to lead, plan, resource and analyse production of a goods sourcing services for the customer line. My job description included personnel management, team motivation and improvement of their know-how. I also did developing, controling, commissioning and monitoring execution of new service methods and other predetermined projects.

My job was to lead, maintain and develop Osuuskauppa Keskimaa's ABC Carwash department. My main tasks were personnel management, budgeting, goods sourcing, and continuous business development. New carwash launches were also as my responsibility, including staff education, operation monitoring and supporting before and after launch.

My earlier assignment in Osuuskauppa Keskimaa, was to run and maintain company’s fuel sales and heating oil distribution. Main duties were to handle customer orders and billing, monitor deliveries, maintain customer register, provide excellent customer service and generally being responsible for running the business. This also included the maintenance on ABC Seppälä fuel distribution substation.
