As the Site Manager, I am responsible for all day-to-day operations, including staff performance of 8+ staff members, performance monitoring, driving outcomes and opportunities. I also educate and contribute to a safe and compliant workplace (WHS) , work to employer needs and requests, attend stakeholder engagement events and meetings, adhere and provide replies to contractual requirements and participate in audits. The handling of complaints and recruitment activities is also my responsibility.I am the lead for Local Jobs Program Wivenhoe for Ipswich and participate in all Department of Education, Skills and Employment vacancies and initiatives.
