Currently looking for a job, and preparing myself for the future and setting up a resume along the way.

I just currently ended a season with a great selection of kids who I enjoyed working with. I was asked to be an assistant soccer coach of a co-ed soccer team mixed with a variety of 7+ old kids. The guy who asked me is currently employed with the organization, YMCA as a Director of Human Resources. We usually had games every weekend, and practice every week. They were a joyful bunch, and definitely opened my eyes to new perspectives of a child's life. I didn't only teach them the skills of a new sport, but they taught me the lessons of taking advantage of being young and growing older.

I currently was visiting my cousin for the summer, and she was an adoption technician for a non-profit humane society. So I decided to come in every day, and dedicate my summer to helping animals in need of love and care. I worked over 100+ hours, and develop a camaraderie with all the animals there. My basic routine was arriving first thing in the morning and thouroughly sanitizing each run, and refilling water with fresh water. I then took a small amount of time and played with dogs in the dog yard and walked each dog on a leash. It was a life-enriching experience and brought me closer to animals in all types of conditions. I hope to work with animals when i'm older.

My mom was the leader of a Girl Scout Troop, and I was actively involved in it. Girl Scouts was a benefiting experience and opened many opportunities for me. I learned a lot of things that I could take fourth in future reference. As a Girl Scout, I learned the values of leadership, and friendship. I volunteered on many community services. For example, the summer of 2006, my troop and I pursued a project in which to make our grade school a better enviroment and dedicated a memoric plaque to one of our teachers who passed away. We planted flowers and trees, and from this day on everyday we pass by it, it's thriving in various colors and full of life. Later on, as I became more involved in extracurricular activities, I valued my time I served as a Girl Scout and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
