Hello! My name is Mikaylah Woods. I am a driven and determined individual who brings 100%, and an enthusiastic personality, to anything and everything that I do. I have a passion for building relationships and believe there is power behind this, both inside the professional field and out. As a former collegiate athlete with a degree in Kinesiology, I thought it only made sense to find a career within the fitness industry. After taking my own, unique path to get there, I landed on the management and sales side of fitness. I dove head first into this role and quickly discovered my fascination and excitement for the business industry as a whole. Maintaining a growth mindset day after day has allowed me to continuously learn and expand my knowledge. With the experience I have gained thus far, I am prepared and ready to continue growing and dive into a new career path. The path I have taken to get to where I am today may not be the typical “linear” line, but I can say with confidence that I have gained so much more knowledge on my individual path.
