Administrative duties included but not limited to working on contracts for clients, assisting with BEOs, Resumes. Entering groups into the system, as well as monitoring the reservations and pick ups. Answering the phone and scheduling times to meet with clients, show them the hotel venue and amenities available to them.

I handled the small groups that were 10 rooms or less no peak. i took care of qualifying the lead that came in and handled the bidding process. Once the business was definite i serviced the group throughout the reservation process and while the group was in house. I also handled the small meetings that took place in the smaller meeting rooms. I would work with the client to finalize the Banquet event orders for the team.

I welcome guest entering the hotel with a warm greeting and big smile. Check guest in and out of hotel rooms. Help with any questions the guest may have about the property or the events taking place at the hotel, as well as the activities and places of interesting around the hotel. Answer phone quickly and professionally, and directing calls if necessary.

As a cook in a small local café I have many responsibilities. I have a key to the café and I am responsible to use it when needed and to keep people that are not supposed to be in there at certain times out of the building. When closing I make sure that the door is locked and the alarm is set for the night. While at work I am responsible for making the customers food, the way that they ordered it, and have it ready in a timely manner. If it was going to be a while I would kindly let the customers know so that they felt that I acknowledge them and that I was aware that they were waiting on me to finish their food. I am also responsible for keeping my kitchen and supplies stocked through-out the day and make sure that when my shift was over it is still stocked and ready for the next cook either later that day or the next morning. I also work on the ice cream side of the café and I am use to working in a fast pace environment.

Cashier/cook. As a cashier I was responsible for taking the customers food order and making sure that I charged them correctly and that the customer was happy. I had to charge them the right amount and make sure that I gave them the correct change in return, if I had made a mistake I made sure that it was corrected in a timely manner and that the customer was kept happy. As a cook I had to make the sandwiches and food orders the way that the customer had ordered it, and make sure it was ready for them when it was expected to be. Helped to keep the station sanitary and make sure the food was healthy and delicious for the each customer.

Took the customer;s orders in a timely manner, handling the guest and company's money while working the register. Also had the responsibility of preparing and cooking the food that was presented for the guest. Had to keep work area clean by doing dishes and cleaning the machines after the work day was over. Taking in orders and deliveries and organizing them so that the first ones in were the first ones used.

greeted every customer that entered the store as well as came up to the register. Rang up items by scanning bar codes or entering the "Sku" or product number from the catalog provided. Stood outside the registers and directed the customers to the products needed and answered any questions about the products they were looking for. Helped guest make payments on their Home Depot card as well as signing them up for the card.

Ticket Cashier, A cashier is responsible for providing outstanding customer assistance and being available to the customers at all times, making the correct change to each person and insuring that your cash drawer is balanced every day after work. Responsibilities include showing the customers that they are the most important part of your day and being available to them, being on time to work and doing your share of the daily procedures along with any other ones you are able to complete, and being knowledgeable to of the register and the programs that the company uses.
