I worked with patients with a variety of upper extremity (UE) conditions, including phalanx and metacarpal fractures, CMC arthritis, radius fracture, and de Quervain's in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. I also worked on the UE of clients with conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury (SCI), and hypermobility. I used biomechanical interventions to help patients increase independence in daily activities. I used communication skills to gather a comprehensive occupational profile using WebPT system. Assessments I used included goniometric measurement, edema circumferential measurement, dynamometer grip and pinch strength testing, and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament tests. I was commended for my knowledge of UE anatomy and physiology.

I had experience working with children with autism, Down syndrome, epilepsy, William’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and Bardet-Biedl syndrome in home and community settings. I used sensory processing, biomechanics, and social learning based interventions to help children participate in daily activities. I used communication skills to work effectively with parents in order to create appropriate treatment plans for their children. I used therapeutic use of self to keep children interested and engaged in activities. I used body positioning skills to effectively help children compete intervention activities and motor plan. I used technology skills to help a client learn to use their AAC device effectively. I was commended for my thoroughness in documentation.

I assisted the professor in demonstrating and teaching goniometry and manual muscle testing.

I worked with three other research assistants to conduct qualitative data analysis.

I used time management skills to complete daily stocking/maintenance duties with minimal supervision. I assessed guest needs and resolved the problem or directed them to another resource. I used knowledge of theatre operations/equipment to assist guests and help employees become more effective. I used planning skills to clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the theatre.

I used awareness of guest needs to deliver a quality theatre experience. I assisted guests in a cheerful and friendly manner. I completed daily tasks quickly and thoroughly. I consistently performed well on evaluations and reports by demonstrating consistent and effective sales techniques, including suggestive selling and upselling. I was aware of and followed company policies.

I was responsible for designing the company website, both external and internal. I coordinated with my supervisor and company leaders to make sure my designs fitted with the company vision and reflected the goals of the company. I created prototypes on Adobe Illustrator and presented them for approval. I received feedback and fine-tuned the site to the current design.
