Manage and process all antidiscrimination complaints and Seattle civil rights violations received. Conduct complainant and respondent searches to identify and serve appropriate parties. Process and respond to all public disclosure requests received from the public. Handle case appeals received from complainants for ‘no reasonable cause’ findings. And serve as the appeals liaison with the Seattle Human Rights Commission. Monitor EEOC federal nondiscrimination contract to ensure compliance.
