Responsibilities:-Responsible for the timely reply to customer inquiries related to MikaZone™ cellulose ether, to resolve customer questions, and actively communicate with customers;-Responsible for customers who request for MikaZone™ sample(include Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC or Hypromellose), Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose (HEMC), and Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC), as well as redispersible polymer powder(RDP) to do an initial test.-Executive MikaZone™ cellulose ether marketing strategy to drive the international business.-Follow up with MikaZone™ related customers to build and maintain a sustainable business relationship.-Analyzes the cellulose ether demand and changes in the international market to inform strategic business decisions and gives advice to clients.-Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.

1. Responsible for international business, promoting and selling company products to foreign countries.2. Responsible for replying to inquiries assigned by the company and taking the initiative to develop customers, ensuring effective follow-up and maintenance, and continuously improving the business turnover rate.3. Responsible for the processing and tracking of foreign trade orders, making and handling the required documents.4. Responsible for foreign trade after-sales service work.5. Responsible for avoiding the risks that may occur in international trade.
