Move ArchitectureLeading the Move Architecture team in creating the artifacts, structures, and processes for moving servers, applications, databases, load balancers & more into AWS and Azure. This involves using an SDLC (software development lifecycle) with a SCRUM methodology and executing using Accenture best practices and tools. Such as meeting with cross organizational stakeholders, agreeing on goals, gathering requirements, designing templates for each type of object, designing forms, creating reusable variables, interconnecting them through checkpoints & publishing in myNav for use by related teams. The related teams include Application Coordination, Migration Execution, Firewall & Security, Migration Execution, Leadership, and client teams. The tool myNav is an automated cloud migration orchestration system. Move Architecture also implements integrations with other system for access control and inventory discovery.Wave ManagementLeading the Wave Management team in the management of the T-, T0 cutover, T+, and backout activities. The T schedule used is based on a T-90 scheduled. The two most important responsibilities are 1. driving the daily T- activities of all stakeholders and 2. managing the cutover. Other activities of each wave include managing the critical path items, such as the kick-off meetings, locking the contents, preparing the playbooks, submitting tickets, managing the contact lists, confirming the buildsheets & hour-by-hour plans, and running go-no-go meetings.

Led a team in deploying cloud based AI, artificial intelligence, with a goal of improving design, engineering, and overall quality of tens of thousands of individual electronic parts and systems. The deployment included the analysis of the readiness of the client systems, processes and organization to incorporate cloud based AI, artificial intelligence, and the subsequent training of the artificial intelligence system to use the desired metadata. The analysis of the client systems involves determining how clean the metadata is for use and the level of effort that will be required to clean the data. A system with less than 10% clean data cannot be used by ab AI system, thus cleaning is required.The effort to clean the data also requires changing the input systems and processes that are capturing bad data so that only good data comes into the system that will be used by the AI system. Part of this process incorporates using / building a data dictionary as basis for the agreed upon names and definitions of objects.
