Pretty much the same as the previous job except now I have a few more responsibilities including, but most certainly not limited to, monthly financial closing reports and all aspects of our bill print process because Michelle and Rebecca stiffed me. - Supports business processes by developing solutions to data requests, maintaining operational or financial reports and preparing queries for data gathering, analysis of work processes, statistical and ad hoc cost reporting. - Monitor business controls, verify, maintain, and report operational results, scorecard targets, and initiatives. - Review/Create existing reports, tables, and databases to support operations and identify opportunities for efficiencies. - Investigate, analyze and develop solutions to requests generated from existing processes relative to operational value. - Develop and generate ad-hoc reports and scorecard reports from existing systems, including but not limited to SAP, BW, RID database etc. that support informational needs of management and/or operating personnel.

- Manage high profile municipal, hospital and military accounts; district commercial and industrial accounts; and special accounts.- Assist customers with account breakdowns, reports, explanations and proving the bill.- Correct errors on accounts related to billing, payment settlement and customer information.- Generate short term fixes while IT develops the long term fix.- Develop streamlined processes when needed.- Assist other representatives with CIS related technical issues.- Work with PS large customer support account managers, billing department, district supervisors and managers, customer relations department and legal department, customer account managers, accounts payable departments and business owners.- Extract information from the business warehouse through reports.

- Investigated and verified finaled accounts.- Referred high dollar accounts to the legal department.- Created a Legal Referral Access database and the unknown collection process .- Researched companies and employees utilizing tax records, social security number traces, phone calls and internet searches .- Represented PSE&G in legal mediations, depositions and trials.- Resolved Unknown accounts.- Responsible for outgoing calls to customers with delinquent accounts, returned checks or broken arrangements utilizing 'pop-up' and Davox call management systems.- Reviewed Life Sustaining Mediccal Equipment Certification forms and contacted customers and physicians to verify information.- Scoped and tracked accounts for Winter Termination Period shut off eligibility.- Processed transfers between old accounts to new accounts opened with fraudulent information.- Correspondence follow-up.
