• Managed emissions testing on the 2018 Explorer

• Managed manufacturing groups of 25 people to monitor safety, quality, and machine efficiency• Utilized standardized work, Kanban, error-proofing, takt time, and other Lean principles to plan out and arrange a temporary assembly line during a week-long Lean event

• Tested phase transition materials for reversible thermal conductivity regulation and analyzed data to determine the suitability of compounds for heat transfer control• Developed a consistent, specific method of conducting experiments and wrote a manual with detailed instructions for future researchers• Manufactured porous PEEK scaffolds for stress/strain tests and bioactivity tests in order to determine the suitability of implants for interbody spinal fusion
